1. Fitness information only

BeWalking helps you monitor daily walking activity and step counts. Totals depend on your device sensors and optional platform health services. Accuracy may vary by hardware, permissions, and environment. The app is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional healthcare.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use BeWalking for private, non-commercial purposes. The app, artwork, and this website remain the property of the developer and are protected by copyright laws.

3. App Store & Google Play

Purchases and refunds are governed by Apple’s App Store terms on iOS . BeWalking is sold as a paid download with no in-app purchases or ads; we do not operate a separate subscription website.

4. No warranties

BeWalking and this website are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app or site.
